Each year the Kansas Association of Regional Development Organizations files its Not-for-Profit Corporation Annual Report with the Kansas Secretary of State and its Form 990-N with the Internal Revenue Service. In that our annual revenues have not exceeded $50,000, the 990-N is done as an e-Postcard. And periodically, KARDO is asked to validate its standing with the state, leading us to request a Letter of Good Standing from the Secretary of State.
