All organizations have assets – ours come in the form of people. Collectively, the executive directors of the regional development organizations across the state have well over 150 years of experience in the aggregate when it comes to dealing with on-going problems in rural areas. Added to this are staff members within each of the organizations that have extensive experience working with individual businesses and local governments, helping them define the best solutions for their needs.
Our goal is to arrange a means of sharing this talent with those who need it. That’s not to say KARDO members have all the answers nor that others around the state are unable to perform at its level. What it does mean, however, is that everyone periodically finds themselves short of talent when opportunity knocks or a problem arises. We just wish to make KARDO into a ready resource that can help fill the immediate need.
