Funding a Regional Organization

One of the most common issues facing all regional organizations is how to access and maintain a stable source of funding for operations. Unfortunately, such a source is rare or non-existent. Consequently, it requires the organization to be thoughtful in its structure and scope of service offerings al-the-while aggressive when opportunities arise that fit within that scope.
